SSK&W once again advised Unfold VC on the investment in AgronetPro (see news about the former transaction)
The legal advisory included preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation.The transaction included the increase of Unfold VC stake in the company and buyout of one of the shareholders (a founder). Unfold VC also secured an option for further investment.
