Between 13-14 March 2025 SSK&W law firm will be once again present at the International Bar Association conference titled Mergers and Acquisitions in Technology Sector. The conference will be held in Geneva.
The conference shall be a great opportunity to meet with our colleagues from other law firms and to discuss the startup/VC ecosystems.
SSK&W law firm on an ordinary basis acts as a legal advisor in the M&A in tech deals.
Szymon Syp will be present in Geneva (Szymon attended the former 6 conferences).
The conference topics include:
– discussion panels on 23 areas important from the point of view of technological transactions (e.g. acquisition of startups, due diligence of companies in the field of cybersecurity, regulatory issues related to this type of transactions);
– use of AI tools in technological transactions;
– transactions with companies established with the participation of universities;
– challenges faced by in-house lawyers.
