Between 12-13 March 2026 SSK&W law firm will be once again present at the International Bar Association conference titled Mergers and Acquisitions in Technology Sector. The conference is coming back to Barcelona.
The conference shall be a great opportunity to meet with our colleagues from other law firms and to discuss the startup/VC ecosystems.
SSK&W law firm on an ordinary basis acts as a legal advisor in the M&A in tech deals.
