We are excited to share that we advised Quantum Systems on its strategic deal regarding Weles Acoustics.
The global legal advisor of Quantum Systems was YPOG law firm from Germany led by Adrian Haase and Ben Ullrich.
Our legal advisory included legal due diligence and preparation of transaction documentation (share sale agreements and other agreements), negotiations and coordination of the entire transaction under Polish law.
Florian Seibel, CEO and founder of Quantum Systems comments: We are very happy to have worked with SSK&W – Szymon and his team, we have learned a lot during the process and it helped us make smarter decisions during negotiations process. The acquisition shall help us integrating a sound measurement function into our Twister, Vector and Reliant reconnaissance drone family in order to increase the drones’ ability to detect enemy artillery and mortar positions.

Inspired by the latest acoustic research, and yet untapped potential of such technology, we set out to create a transducer capable of direct measurement of particle velocity.
