We are excited to share that SSK&W law firm advised the founders of Netmart System, the Warsaw-based creator of Ecologic, in connection with the acquisition of Ecologic by Everfield.
Everfield is a buy-and-hold investor in European B2B SaaS businesses. The transaction marks Everfield’s third investment in Poland and another important step in its expansion across Central and Eastern Europe.
Ecologic is a Polish fleet management software platform combining telematics, fleet ERP, driver gamification and safe-driving training. The platform is used by leading corporate clients and manages over 30,000 vehicles.
Our scope of work included in particular:
– transaction structuring and strategic legal support for the founders;
– preparation, review and negotiation of transaction documentation;
– support in legal due diligence and disclosure process;
– coordination of Polish law aspects of the transaction through signing and closing.
We are proud to have supported the founders, Emil Żak and Robert Bastrzyk as well as early backer Niels Lundorff, in this important milestone for Ecologic.
