The summer has been quite intense one for us at SSK&W law firm.
Over the past few weeks, we successfully closed two transactions.
The first was a pioneering cross-border investment, involving leading Polish VC funds (one of them backed by PFR Ventures) investing in a US company through a SAFE instrument. PFR Ventures just recently announced that Polish VC funds backed by PFR may invest via SAFEs.
The second involved a related equity investment combined with a broader commercial cooperation arrangement.
At the same time, we are currently advising on several projects involving Polish family foundations, further expanding our private client practice.
So far, 2026 has been a great reflection of what we have been building at SSK&W: a practice spanning M&A, VC and private clients, often with a strong cross-border element.
