SSK&W law firm advised Xplorer Fund on its exit from Photon Entertainment. Xplorer Fund sold all its stake in the company to Fidiasz ASI achieving a tenfold return on investment. It is worth to add that a few years ago Szymon Syp advised Fidiasz ASI on its investment into Photon Entertainment.
