SSK&W law firm advised family office ASP Capital on an investment in a technology company in the field of cybersecurity – Cyber360 sp. z o.o. Cyber360 is a team of specialists who develop the Cyberdefender service, which provides customers with, among others: compliance with the NIS2 directive. Thanks to the investment, it will become a stronger and larger entity on the SOC/MDR services market.
The consultancy included advice on transaction structuring and transaction documentation.
