Inuru was founded by Marcin Ratajczak and Patrick Barkowski and it develops the OLED lighting technology which can be integrated with different surfaces. The technology is used by Coca-Cola, Cattier or Displate.
Our legal advisory included preparation of the due diligence report, preparation and negotiations of the transactional documentation.
