Five years ago, I founded SSK&W law firm with a simple ambition: to build a boutique law firm from Warsaw capable of advising on transactions and projects far beyond Poland’s borders. Today, as we celebrate our fifth anniversary, it is a good moment to pause and reflect on what has been an extraordinary journey.
Over the last five years, we have had the privilege of advising founders, investors, technology companies, family businesses and private clients on some of the most exciting projects across Poland and internationally.
What started as a boutique transactional practice has evolved into a trusted adviser for Clients navigating growth, investment, acquisitions, international expansion and succession planning.
We are particularly proud that SSK&W has become one of the most active transactional law firms in the CEE, consistently recognised among the leading advisers in venture capital transactions and increasingly involved in sophisticated M&A projects.

Over the years, we have also expanded beyond transactions.
Today, alongside venture capital and M&A, we advise technology companies and investors on their day-to-day legal challenges, while our private client practice supports entrepreneurs, shareholders and families with succession planning, exits, investments and family foundation structures.
What makes me particularly proud is that despite our growth, we have remained true to our original idea: a boutique firm providing partner-led advice, deep involvement in every project and long-term relationships with Clients.
The past year has been especially rewarding. From New York and London to Vienna, Berlin and Warsaw, we have continued to strengthen relationships with leading law firms, investors, founders and business leaders who are shaping the future of technology and investment across Europe and beyond.
