This is a good moment to pause and reflect – both on the past year and on the entire four-year journey of our law firm.
The last twelve months marked a period of consolidation of our position – not only among clients in Poland but also within an international network of renowned law firms.
The SSK&W brand is now well recognized on the global map of firms advising in the technology transactions space – not only in venture capital but also in M&A.
We are proud to be ranked among the leading boutique transactional firms in Central and Eastern Europe.
Beyond transactions?
We are steadily expanding two strategic areas of our practice:

ongoing legal advisory for technology companies, funds, and founders;

private client services – including investment support, succession planning, shareholder exits, and structuring of family foundations.
Our financial results continue to grow consistently – with a stable 20% year-on-year revenue increase since the firm’s inception.
