SSK&W advised the founders of Wireless Instruments – Michał Gorząd and Adrian Metelica, on obtaining financing from a private fund from the Assay group.
The advisory included the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation.
Wireless Instruments designs and manufactures telecommunications antennas, mainly for IoT, 5G and LTE wireless communications. It specializes in external devices that provide the ability to mount transceiver modules inside the antenna housing. Wireless Instruments clients include: ABB, GE, Honeywell, Orange France / Orange Maroc and Telekom Malaysia. One of the most interesting projects of Wireless Instruments recently was the delivery of specially designed antennas for 5G/LTE/Wi-Fi wireless communication at several hundred points of the Tesla fast charging network in Europe.
In 2023, Wireless Instruments plans to create a subsidiary that will design and manufacture power systems for telecommunications devices. It also designs a new line of antenna products, mainly 5G/IoT, for vehicles, trains and ships/yachts.
