SSK&W advised first bValue on its desinvestment from Revolmatic to Frothstop and then Frothstop (an Australian family company) in its investments in that company (secondaries and direct investment).

Revolmatic is a manufacturer of fully automatic draught beer dispensing system built to solve the problem of big queues in public events. The company’s system offers a fully automatic tap machine with touchscreen controls and an automatic cup dispenser where the rotating table positions the beer cups directly under a tube that fills the cup with fresh beer controllable with an app via smartphone or tablet, enabling caterers and event organizers to access a convenient and fast beer dispenser for their events.

SSK&W advised bValue on its exit from the company. The new investor is an Australian family company and client of Revolmatic at the same time) Frothstop. Then, SSK&W advised Frothstop on secondaries transactions involving shares in Revolmatic and further on its investment into the company. As a result of these series of transactions, Frothstop is now 30% shareholders in Revolmatic and its partner in Australia and further abroad.

Todd Meredith – the President of Frothstop- comments: We are happy to invest in Revolmatic as our first direct investment beyond Australia. We are eager to help Revolmatic grow and quickly boost its sales to hundreds of fully automatic tap machines. We are also grateful to SSK&W as our legal advisor in Poland to successfully complete the transactions.
