PFR Ventures and Inovo VC have just released an annual report summarising transactions in the Polish venture capital (VC) market in 2022.
The data shows that in 2022 – 435 companies raised EUR 775 M from 244 funds.
120 out of the 460 deals involved PFR Ventures funds and 216 out of the 460 deals were investments with participation of NCBiR funds.
SSK&W law firm has been invited to participate in the legal part of the report (4 other Polish law firms were invited as well). All the invited law firm advised on 99 deals in 2022 (more than 20% of the VC market in Poland!).
